About Me

One of the best pieces of advice that I was ever given about acting professionally was to “find a hobby that has nothing to do with theatre,” so I try to keep up with a variety of passions totally unrelated to the industry. I love soccer and play on a league in NYC, I lead historic walking tours, play guitar, and am really into Dungeons & Dragons (playing D&D with actors is the best). I also fell in love with carpentry after spending the entirety of college working as a scenic carpenter. Check out some of my work here. I love all things superhero (mostly Captain America), and all things Space (Carl Sagan was the man). My favorite Disney movie is Hercules; I’m always rooting for the underdog.

I started performing at the small middle school I attended in Lexington, South Carolina. Twelve year-old me fell in love with the connection between an audience and the actors; since then I've fallen in love with storytelling's ability to enact change in its viewers— more specifically, introducing alternate perspectives that encourage people to open (and change) their mind.
